The Couples Retreat is a 3-day, 2-night weekend, designed for those couple who have been married for long enough where their busy lives, their responsibilities, their partnership, has become an obstacle or excuse to their relationship growth. Couples who are interested in rediscovering what brought them together in the beginning need to attend. During this weekend retreat, you will reignite your passion, rediscover your play styles together and redefine what you want the future to look like.

We have created a carefully balanced selection of classes, workshops, and daily activities – all designed to develop create deep and lasting transformations.

Workshop Sessions include: Couples cooking class, Hiking the Appalachian Mountains (Shinrin-Yoku), Kayaking the lake, Couple's Massage and Healthy Alignment movement. See below for more information about the individual workshops.  

The Couples Retreat includes an introductory Meet & Greet with wine and appetizers, 2 dinners, all sessions with Sheila Keefe, outdoor activities together, morning movement session, wine tastings and evening S'mores.

After dinner, your evening is free to get settled into your accommodations, explore the property, and rest up for a weekend of fun!

9:00 Alignment movement on the Vineyard deck

1:00 – 4:00 Outdoor activities session
5:00 - Group wine tasting

Couple Sessions

Couples cooking class: No experience necessary. You will learn the skills to cook a healthy and nutritious meal while having fun with each other AND working as a team.

Shinrin-Yoku: Starting in the national forest, you will be guided by an avid trail hiker and safety specialist. You will be wandering the Chattahoochee national forest and mountain trails, soaking in the natural beauty, the sounds and the smells. This is a great time of reflection together in nature. The group will hike approximately 2 hours at a moderate pace and see some off the trail special spots.

Spend your session calming your mind on the lake. This lake kayak session is limited and weather permitting only. Paddle the shorelines of Lake Nottley. All equipment provided.

Saddle up for this horseback trail ride. No experience necessary. Ride through the North Georgia mountains with your loved one to ignite your play.
Max. weight limit 250 lbs.

Couple Massage Session

What better relationship insurance can there be? While you enjoy the perfect back and shoulder massage with your partner, your therapist will teach you basic Swedish massage techniques for duplicating the experience at home. 

Registration & Payment

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Availability in all workshops is not guaranteed.
A final itinerary will be sent to all guests on September 15, 2023.
