2019 Chardonnay~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~20 Dry White Wine. Made of Georgia Chardonnay grapes, this wine was fermented in stainless steel. No Oak. Cabernet Sauvignon ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~20 Dry Red Wine. These Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are Georgia grown and then aged on French Oak. Eclipse ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~24 Silver Medal Winner 2019 & Gold Medal Winner 2016 / Off Dry Red Blend. A blend of Chambourcin, Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% white grapes to smooth the blend. Sunset ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 22 Silver Medal Winner 2019 / Medium Dry Rose'. A little sweeter wine combining white grapes and Chambourcin grapes. Starry Night ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~24 Silver Medal Winner 2019/ Off Dry White Wine. As clear as a ‘starry night'... This off dry white wine is made of 100% Symphony grapes. Sky ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~28 Semi Sweet Sparkling white muscadine. The sky's the limit. 2018 Estate: 521~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~28 Dry Red Blend. 100% Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon & Cab Franc grapes aged in French oak. #BackTheBlue Thunder Moon Reserve ~~~~~~~~~~~28 Dry Red Wine. Our blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Norton. Aged 18 months in French oak and 13 months in American oak. Jacked Up Red ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~32 Gold Medal Winner 2019/ Dry Red / Celebrating American History in whiskey making and wine making... aged in French oak and finished in Jack Daniels Old #7 whiskey barrels. A marriage made in Paradise Hills. 2019 Estate: 889 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~28 Sweet White Wine. 100% Estate grown Chardonnel & Riesling grapes, this sweeter white is our first AVA wine. #BackTheBlue wines Riserva ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~26 Made with 100% Sangiovese grapes. A medium off dry wine with a smooth finish. Light enough to enjoy by itself, but substantial enough to pair with meats or pasta. Portion of proceeds go to help fund Project Chimps. #ProjectChimps
